My role as the Post Sale apprentice meant I was assisting the Post Sale team in all their day to day tasks. This included being on the phone lines, answering emails, and assisting clients in payment and shipping.
I have definitely developed a lot of my soft skills while doing this apprenticeship. I have also developed other skills such as Excel and client service skills.
I enjoyed the programme a lot. I met a lot of interesting people through it and leant a lot. I thought it was very well structured as well.
The apprenticeship programme at Christies was very well structured.
I received a lot of support from my employer, not only for the studies but for my work as well.
A lot. They were always there to help me come up with projects and to assist me whenever I needed it. They explained all the modules very well and would always give me extra support if I asked.
I think it has helped me quite a bit. I learnt a great deal about Excel which helped me in my role and has made it mucheasier to do.
Yes! We did quite a few networking events during the apprenticeship. At Christies, there are always networking events on and they put on lots of social events
Yes
I believe its a great place to work. Lots of interesting things to see and do - it never gets boring. Everyone is so supportive and there are always opportunities to go above and beyond.
Don't be put of to apply if you don't have an interest in art. While Christies may be in the 'art sector', its much more than that.
