On a day to day I help my team look after employee based sites like Workday. I test new data which is uploaded and ensure the outcome is as expected, if it isn't I am required to use problem solving skills to figure out what the problem is.
I have learnt how to navigate through various different apps and also build on my excel skills. I can now say I am confident in building pivot tables and using various formulas to reconcile work and reports. I have also built on my email writing skills.
I thoroughly enjoy the program I am on as it allows me to both learn and gain experience in working in a office environment. On top of this, working for Christies allows me to meet so many experts in different aspects of the business which help build my network
I can say that the program is very well organised as from the moment I joined I had accounts set up, was receiving emails from my provider. Instead of throwing us straight into our departments, we were given training in our induction week which was definitely a big help.
Christie's are amazing at looking after their employees. I can say the benefits which I receive as an apprentice is far more than I ever expected to receive, with this we are also provided with free learning and development causes that help us also grow personal skills.
I am yet to start my course, however I have already received a good amount of support from my provider to help ease into the course. They have also provided me with an introduction session that I attended which was incredibly insightful.
My course is in direct link with my job title and day to day role as I help to maintain the human resource information systems
Working for Christie's, world'd leading art and luxury business, there are always events on to go to whether that be auctions, art walk throughs, charity events or company parties. There will be an event on at least once a week

Christie's are great on the all rounder. They have allowed me to build my network, learn and develop both personal and academic skills, and on top of all they have opportunities that will allow me to grow within the business even after I finish as an apprentice
Always be open to new experiences and never fear to ask question as everyone in the company will want to share their knowledge and expertise with you
