Initial boot camp (with training provider) upon joining to learn fundamentals and related work tools. After like any other software engineering job (completing stories etc) but with a day per week of more advanced learning with my training provider. I will be examined on provable theoretical knowledge, tech skills and behaviours.
Theoretical knowledge and tech skills and behaviours. Way too many to list. Note I joined upon only brief theoretical knowledge from past studies and soon to become a fully qualified Software Engineer.
10/10
10/10. The training provider has done an excellent job in structuring this programme (as covered in question 1) plus my company has related to the working material perfectly.
I can receive guidance and help whenever I want from a vast group of staff.
Mandatorily; 3 month starting Boot Camp everyday, at least a full day of training per week after that. This is excluding extra optional help from your coach who is available basically everyday.
My company and training provider have worked co-operatively to structure my learning and work to the same topics making it incredibly efficient to learn. Step 1 study the core theory of a topic with training provider, step 2 absolutely bolt it into your head through professional practice.
There are countless guilds you can join, staff often organise independently activities and the company organise quite a few fun new trips every year.
