Daily tasks were doing desk checks and ensuring that the desks had correct equipment, doing laptop replacements for staff in the office. Also maintaining the systems and assisting staff with IT issues
I have learned a lot because I came into the apprenticeship with little to no experience, I have been given the space and chance to develop my skills.
I really enjoy it hear because the company is growing and everyone is nice and caring.
It was very organised, but within IT things can change and we can have days where the tech doesn't want to comply with you so you have to adapt to the situation.
I receive a lot of support within my team and everyone doesn't always give the answer, they tried to guide you so you understand the task at hand which helps learning.
I receive a lot of support from Baltic and the courses they provide are very inclusive.
Baltic has enhanced my customer service skills to help the staff with their IT issues.
We have IT away days and monthly meetings in other offices around the UK which help us network with each other.
Yes
Because it is a great company that is still growing, the culture is accepting and with the diverse amount of offices around the UK it allows for different cultures to come together.
Be yourself and they'll love you!
