I started on march 23, n ive only met my assessor once, and its now jan 24. Feel very left to my own devices and not much support.

0. Ive not gotten paid for anything to do with my course, its difficult to have time to complete it whilst on duty.

3. I only get the odd email as a reminder and only met them once between now n march 23 when started.

Working schedule is good, team members are like family.
Treat them like extended family and enjoy your job. Its very rewarding
