Bus driver Working shifts driving a bus on predetermined routes collecting and dropping off passengers
Better at driving, more observant of surroundings better at customer service
Learnt a lot of new things I didn’t realise before
The training could have been better organised quite a few days felt like a waste of time especially 1 day after turning up no one there to do the training
Employer gave me 100% support
Most of the trainers were very good giving good support how ever a couple were not
It has done nothing but improve my ability to improve at my job

It’s a good company to work for if you are prepared to work hard and work with the management rather than against them
The job is as stressful and hard as you wish to make it , with the right attitude it’s very easy and pays fairly good
