Working on the tills, working deliveries from the warehouse to the shopfloor and completing my apprenticeship work.
yes, I’ve learnt many new skills through both the online work and practical work in aldi.
I really enjoy the program and believe i made a great choice doing this.
there could be a bit more organisation in my off the job hours, however I am allocated time to sit down and get my online work done.
everyone within my store is super supportive, and so is my area manager.
my lifetime training coach supports me very well, and is always there to help if I have any struggles.
I think that the work I’m doing online is very relevant to what I’m doing in the store, however, there could be a little bit more organisation when planning of the robot hours within the store to learn more.
I have been told they will be in the future, a chance to visit the warehouse and potentially other stores, however, I haven’t yet.
Yes
I really enjoy working here, everyone is really friendly and I’ve learnt a lot while being here.
be prepared to work hard, however is very rewarding and keep you very physically active.
