Team leader Care: Lead a group of carers on the residential unit and allocate different task to them. Interact with the nurse in charge if there's any issues towards the residents and their next of kin. Making sure that the unit is safe; by making sure that my team is checking on the residents hourly; doing my checks as well. Administrates medication; taking vital signs; updating care plans. Liaise with out of hours GP if any issues arise with any of the residents.
Implemented communication skills within the work place. Create better personal care plans. Job shadowing Listen and providing feedback through supervision written communication Able to show carers the different types of vital signs; like saturation and taking blood sugar.
I enjoy my program to a great deal; I am learning new stills which helps me in my job role. I also implementing things I have learned/ learning in my work place.

Yes
Care UK have a lot to offer. They offer a lot of trainings; always up-to-date with E-learnings; and they will interduce apprenticeships courses to new staffs. Care UK always wanted their staff to developed their knowledge and skills in every possible way.
The company has a lot to offer; so make the most of what has or will be offered to them.
