I help with individual needs of residents in a nursing home.
I have learned different ways in which I can assist individuals, different equipment that makes assisting easier and safer for both me and the residents. The importance of keeping data and keeping it up to date.
I enjoy learning anything new, keeps my brain active as well as helping me progress in my role.
Very and my tutor has been fab, making sure I understand everything and how to use the website. Really good set up making it easier to understand.
My employer is very supportive, my manager always says I can go to her if I need any help and is always friendly and approachable.
Whenever I need anything I know that all I need to do is ask.
I feel the qualification is invaluable to making me perform better in my role. There is so much to learn in care and I wish to give assistance to the best capability I can.

Yes
My floor manager always tries to make sure that our floor runs well. She is always friendly and approachable as well as the other nurses who are always happy to help. Care plans and paper work are well kept and the staff do their best caring for the residents.
Go for it!
