I’m currently an apprentice on a Level 2 Retailer course with Aldi which involves managerial tasks such as Specialbuys and stock counts.
I’ve learnt many new skills ranging from speed and efficiency at work to using initiative in a busy workplace environment.
I really enjoy the training I get to do with experienced management and I find the coursework to be informative and useful.
My programme is well structured as I’m given set days each week dedicated strictly to my apprenticeship training , allowing me to progress.
Management have been very helpful continuously ask how I am doing.
I am always put with a manager when completing training and questions are always encouraged.
It helps me a lot with being in customer service, showing me the different ways to interact with people and how to communicate effectively
On Sunday’s, they plan a 5/6 a side football team with people from work which is a good way to get out and get to know them better.
Yes
I have had a positive experience in all areas including meeting new people, the workload, the pay and the training.
Don’t be afraid to ask any question.
