My role is a PMO analyst which involves supporting the process and implementation of projects and programmes. I work on an account level where I have oversight over projects working on financials, commercials, resource management and much more. Your role does not bound you however, you can learn literally anything at Capgemini.
I have learnt many skills and developed existing strengths while being at Capgemini. Capgemini’s focus on people also allows for many opportunities to upskill oneself. There are multiple internal training platforms and pathways you can follow and there is also external opportunities to develop and learn skills.
I highly enjoy my programme because of the amazing opportunities I am provided at this role and the flexibility to learn.
It is quite well organised but could be a lot better in terms of standardisation and there are improvements being made by the relevant teams everyday.
At Capgemini, there is many layers of support from day one and everyone is always so willing to help and support.
You are provided some support but this is something that is improving. I’ve not required much support in this aspect so cannot comment further.
There is so many different things to get involved in. So many communities and many socials, networking events and sports.
Yes
It is a great place to work, flexible and so supportive.
