Split between Talent Acquisition and People Development. For TA I help with recruiting new roles and for L&D I support the back end and admin side of creating training programmes.
How to work in a corporate environment and my confidence in myself and my judgement has grown massively.
I thoroughly enjoy attending the London events and trainings where I get to meet other trainees from different Investment Management companies.
The trainings both internally and externally have been well spread out over the year.
I have a very supportive manager who puts my learning first. I have been able to take part in many extra activities outside of my role.
Massive support, my manager is always on board when I want to explore new qualifications.
