Looked deeper into some knowledge that I have gained over the years working here. Expanded my general knowledge on various subjects concerning my roll.
Very much so.
Well orgainised and had clear plan of what was happening and when do complete tasks.
The support was there when I needed it, as Team lead was difficult at times if on shift to arrange to meet my learning coach but they afforded me time to make arrangements when needed.
Received a great deal of training form my learning coach, who was always available when needed.
May me aware to look at things in a different perspective.
Limited time.
Yes
Been here 13 years, so must be doing something right and always has support when needed over the years.
