I help prepare the class for the days learning . I work with individual children adapt learning to there social medical and educational needs
I have a level one and two in makaton and medical training for epilepsy diabetes and allergic reactions.
I find it very rewarding to see the progress made it n the children
We have a daily timetable that reflects the childrens needs and ability
We all find that expectation does not always align with the children's ability and can cause stress in the work environment
I was fully supported throughout my training and would recommend them to others
I found the training useful and use some techniques I learnt now daily
We have a slimming club run by the staff to support eachother.but there are no othe activities
Yes
I feel it is a place to gain experience in SEND education and to get to know children of all abilities and behaviours
Be prepared for a challenge
