I provide help with residents that need help with personal care. I promote independent. I assist with feeding and drinking. Maintain their continence care.
New policies that are updated every month. Maintain a good balanced diet.
I enjoy the programme because I can do it in my own time and I have good support net around me.
Very good. It gives you the month to complete it by and the date which helps to maintain a good performance. It has classes that I am attend to further my training.
They try there best. Giving me my off the job hours with the nurses and seniors.
She has helped me very much so. Built my confidence up and applauses me when I have done something good.
It has taught my new skills and knowledge and also refreshed my mum do memories with some topics.
We do have activities every day at the home.
