I manage the administration areas within a healthcare environment, managing teams, reporting budgets, attending and charing meetings, investigations into incidents, setting standards to other team members, setting & reviewing objectives, managing complaints, and customer expectations, conducting interviews, & apply duty rotas
yes definitely learnt some new skills which I have already started to take into my role, others I might not use as much, but it's still really handy to know.
It was very challenging, I was fully supported by my learning coach and manager
I thought the course was very well organised & structured, I did have a few problems initially with different coaches, but got the right one in the end

I thinks it's given me a very different insight to be able to complete my role in a more organised and structured way
Yes I enjoy going to the gym and try to work out 4 times per week. I also have a rescue dog who requires alot of excercise!
