Day to day I pick up work based on a bi-weekly basis where the tasks are refreshed each week. I get great exposure to my environment and lots of learning opportunities.
I began my journey of learning how to code when I first started and the learning provided has been great.
I enjoy my programme but if I decided I did not enjoy what I was doing I have the freedom to change what direction I am going in.
Due to my schedule with client work and Uni my programme is well structured.
My employer is very cautious of the fact that I have commitments outside of the company such as courses and University and always offers support.
Manchester Met is very helpful and always offers to help where they can.
My role and qualification link together well so I would say it helps me perform better because I can practise what I learn at Uni in the work place.
There are countless activities and socials to attend.
Yes
IBM has delivered so much more than I expected and have been so helpful.
I would say, make sure you highlight your strengths and give good evidence to what you have learned prior to IBM and how you have used those lessons whether that is through life or in school/work to better yourself.
