  • Learnt about many other aspects of IT that I wouldn't have come across otherwise

  • All the time, it is a huge company and the teams, departments, office location organise networking and socialising activities

  • IBM provided me with the training, and knowledge and supported me during challenging times. I have a great manager who is always trying to make my life easier

  • Do not be shy and talk about your skills. It is not bragging, it is just promoting yourself
