Both developed existing people management skills with new tools to use, to support my daily tasks. New skills to put into practice to help develop myself into a better leader and coach others to develop themselves too.

The programme is very organised, I can see weekly/monthly what needs to be completed and when by.
I am very much encouraged to take time to do my apprenticeship and schedule time in to help prioritise workload.
The trainer is always available to message if I am struggling and offers support without judgment.
