Working in the lab assisting the scientists with their duties and carrying out organisational activities

Yes I have learnt lots of new techniques in the laboratory and used new equipment

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme very much as I like the balance between work and study

Well organised into units and then broken down into weekly learning blocks that support my work

My employer is very supportive

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots of resources are provided and lecturers are able to be contacted at all times to provide additional guidance where required

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I apply things that I learn at university to my job and feel more knowledgeable about the processes at work

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes I have been to open evenings with work and they also have social events throughout the year and a Christmas party
