Working in an R&D team to continuously improve and research new and existing products for new and improved markets.
Yes, I have learnt many skills within the laboratory as well as the chemistry knowledge to back this up.
I thoroughly enjoy the programme i am studying. The level of study helps to keep me focused and wanting to learn more.
Very well organised. I attend university 1 day a week online and attend work the other 4 days. This balance is very well organised and leaves plenty of time to complete all university work.
If I ever need any help with university work I can get this from anybody in the department.
I receive weekly blocks of work set with a webinar where I can ask questions if needed, the work is also explained here.
Massively, the work I complete at MMU helps me to understand my job role and the chemistry behind each process which then helps me to perform better.
Not to many that I am aware off.

It is a great company to work for with the continuous development of their staff as a number 1 focus.
Make sure to research the company before hand and the type of products the make and the final products these materials end up in.
