  • Hanging Retail Team manager - managing a team of 11 people, process assistant, their performance, attendance and budgeted costs for the department.

  • I have developed existing skills and also learnt a lot of new skills and behaviours.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It was really useful, engaging, during my course I met with ladies from different parts of UK and different working sectors. It was great to share different point of views and hear different stories/experiences and learn new aspects of management.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It was great, workshops were organized, allowing plenty of time to complete assignments after it. Raise the Bar team was really helpful, kept in touch and provided support at every step.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I had 2 line managers involved during my course (due to the position change), both of them were supportive and gave me required time to complete tasks and assignments on time.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Raise the Bar team was supportive every step from the start till the end, professional team.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It gave me extra knowledge in how to be a better manager, how to plan my working time and how to deal with potential challenges.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • We had couple engaging meetings with the ladies across the business that are doing the same or similar qualifications are shared our experience and supported each other, it was great to meet with them in person and hear their story and journey.
