Assisting the buying teams with day to day jobs such as marketing, sample management, setting up for meetings and approving colours and styles.
I have learnt amazing new skills such as excel, critical thinking, data analysis. As well as how to fit samples, how to track teh critical path and how to log samples for the website.
I really enjoy my lessons, they are interesting and engaging. I have made a lot of friends through the FRA and have learnt a lot from my piers
i think it is very well structured and i always feel organised
I have had support when asked, however i have found it hard to get in my off the job hours and time to complete projects and assignments during work hours
Excellent support from the FRA, always able to answer questions while letting you think for yourself and coming to a conclusion together
It helps me massively, as i am able to apply what i have learnt to my day to day role and vise versa
