On day-to-day basis, I provide 1st and 2nd Line Support, Account Management, Support with AV, management of Power Automate, management of the telephone line, deploying new software and updates, unboxing and setting up new devices.
I developed Cybersecurity; Computer Network; Problem Solving. I learnt new skills such as Data Analysis; Basic programming languages; software deployment.
I really enjoy this programme as I have the opportunity to learn the theory and obtain certifications.
Before my End Point Assessment, I constantly had meetings with my tutor to review my portfolio. I also attended the workshops relating to my KU exams. Personally, I found well organized.
I constantly receive support and technical queries from my IT manager. I also get a lot of support from my HR director in order to make sure that I took those hours required to focus on my apprenticeship.
My provider is willing to help me in case I am struggling to pass a specific exam
My qualifications are crucial to develop my skills and knowledge. Through qualifications, I can apply my knowledge to most day to day basis at work and also I would be able to perform more advanced projects.

Working as an apprentice in a school is a great way to learn a variety of software and hardware solutions and how to approach them. Further to this, I learnt the business daily life, like communicating with internal and external people and use technical and non-technical terms.
