Providing assistance and help to customers on manned and self-service checkouts. Answering customer queries. Selling B&Q and TradePoint cards. Operating the collections desk.
Yes, I have been trained to operate on the paint desk
It is very good. Much of it is common sense or draws on skills and experiences gained in former roles. My tutor is excellent
Excellent. It follows a logical progression
It is there if I need it, although operational requirements sometimes get in the way
