Amazing experience. Being able to help people everyday fills me with lots of pride and joy. My job role is supporting my team members with daily activities with residents- team management- delegating tasks and supervisions to help my team grow.
I have now learnt a vast amount of knowledge in the care industry.
Learning new information about the care industry and all the legal side parts. Great interest and will follow this up weekly to keep expanding my knowledge to help me to improve as a team leader and climb up the ladder.
Very well structured. My Tutor, from aptem, has always supported me and will change her plans to fit me into her busy schedule in order to succeed in my learning goals.
well supported when I ask for it.
Full support- always only a phone call away and appointments can be set-up if i was stuck on any tasks.
Has given me a vast amount of knowledge for me to really engage into my team leader duties at work.
Lots of extra activities I can take part in.
Yes
Well organized company, great benefits and good shift patterns.
Make sure to be caring and attentive to all residents.
