I essentially help the project managers ensure the project is done on time, on budget and to a high quality. This involves talking to clients, gathering data, reporting, and ensuring health and safety.
I have learnt how to use excel and key microsoft apps a lot better which is a very good skill in any job. I have also enhanced my communication skills and how to communicate effectively in the workplace.
I enjoy the programme and the emerging talent team are helpful in making sure you are well looked after.
the programme is very well organised. You know exactly what you need to do and when or where you can get help.
The employer is very helpful if anything is going wrong. They will find a way to fix the issue or find a best solution for it.
The training provider offers consistent help every week if it is needed and usually respond very quickly.
I find that you learn key skills that will help you, whether this is leadership or how to motivate someone to contract law and dispute resolution.
There are usually often extra-curricular activities to get involved in and you can always try and organise one yourself if you have a good idea that is feasible.

They have a very inclusive culture and will help you gain valuable experience and knowledge you can use to pursue your career further.
You get out what you put in. If you want to do the bare minimum that is what you will get back but if you put in the effort and apply yourself you will have a great time and get the rewards for it.
