My role is to assist customers, answer queries and deal with complaints. I deal with self service and the cash till, returns and orders
I've learnt new skills in regards to other departments, about the business, marketing and finance. The apprenticeship has taught me more than just the tills and has developed my customer service skills
I enjoyed learning new things and the opportunities it has given me at work such as shadowing other departments and dealing with stock.
Communication has always been good and the modules are structured well and link into one another
A decent amount, but I felt like I could of been given more support in terms of having time to sit uninterrupted to do my apprenticeship work. This would of helped me stay on track.
I received a lot of support and my provider was very helpful, they were able to answer any questions I had and help me get my modules done if I wasn't sure how to answer
It has improved my customer service skills and has helped me learn more about other departments
