I am trusted to drive vans and cars around the Thames valley. I spend some time in the office to practice my theory test.
I have learn how to work with initiative in many different ways as there are always challenges popping up that I have to overcome.
I am really enjoying my programme due to the people I have met and the trust they have in me.
My apprenticeship is well structured and lengthened out so we are never bored. Some parts get a bit slow but thats just because sometimes we complete the work and there are no tasks left.
There is a lot of support in the Business in the way we have been given many different numbers to contact help if we need it. Our apprenticeship provider also has supplied a number incase we need it.
We are left to learn what we need to by ourselves/with peers which helps us independently learn what we need to.
My qualification will give me a chance at a career. Just in the few months I have been here has definitely helped me as a person and and a worker.
There are extra curricular activities around the business but I am yet to attend any due to how busy i am in work. But if i asked they would be more than happy to let me attend.
Yes
The opportunities around the business and the people you meet is what makes it worth it.
Try your hardest at everything and just hit them head on.
