Manage a small team of analysts, delivering consumer, digital, CRM and commercial data analytics for the UK and Global markets including building and maintaining BI tools. Helping to drive data driven, insight based commercial decision making and strategy across cross-functional business departments and all levels of stakeholders.
Have developed stakeholder management skills, and turning data into insight and recommendations to drive commercial decisions as well as building upon technical skills and growing exposure to a wider tech stack.
Very much enjoy the programme. The learnings from the programme are instantly applicable to the workplace and add value immediately to day to day tasks. It not only helps develop hard skills but also helps confidence to deliver bigger and better.
The degree side is well organised and structured. We have had a change of hands in terms of the apprenticeship side so has been more difficult to provide organisational consistency across the programme.
Unprecedented support from my employer including immediate line manager, but also the wider business.
As the programme has changed providers mid-way through, the organised touchpoints have reduced. The university do a fantastic job of providing support when needed and requested, however.
The benefits to my role have been noticeable from day 1 , particularly from a technical perspective. Have managed to bring learnings into the workplace and advance analytics and data science capability within the team at a much faster pace, as well as sharing learnings with wider team.
Yes, we have several social activities and are encouraged to attend networking events. We also have internal networking events and have opportunity to share at these.
Yes
Costa Coffee could seem quite corporate from the outside however when working here, it is the opposite. The people definitely make it and although often working in super fast paced conditions combined with relatively lean teams, heirachy is never a problem and support is always available to deliver. On top of that worklife balance, understanding and flexibility is supported.
Do it!
