My team work on the applications on the ships by finding customer pain points and then creating powerapps to increase efficiency for the crew on the ships weather that's turning manual work to automatic or collect data easier.
The main skills you learn are the people skills
Everyone is always there to help out and they expect mistakes to be made which helps you settle in.
There is a clear plan for my future, allowing me to explore different parts of IT at BP
