I manage budget for the 3PL logistics network at Costa Coffee and manage the continuous improvement programme to unlock efficiencies
I have a better understanding of the academic expectations and have developed my critical thinking and analysis. We are now starting to go through moe Supply Chain theory and I have already gained some insight into procurement models
The content is becoming more enjoyable however the workload is starting to become more difficult to manage
The programme is structured well however the level of input required and time required is underestimated
Support is getting better but remains difficult to manage workload and apprenticeship

The qualification is helping build confidence and prepare me for leadership role
