Day to day, I will be with my mentor doing assigned PPMs and reactive work. Maintaining the sites we look after in our area.
I have learnt a lot of new skills and developing my current skills.
I enjoy it to a certain extent. I did hope there was going to be set work or projects that I need to complete.
The programme is well organised, however the college work and experience could improve- Better layout of units, more in depth classes.
I receive a lot of support from my employer. Weather it is at work on site or online.
