Dual Site Store Manager, responsible for the day to day operational management. Driving commercial focus, colleague engagement and customer service.

Self Awareness is key within management and should always drive to learn new skills to support the growth of the business and my own personal development.

The course has been challenging, especially managing work, study and family. So proud to have participated in this learning opportunity.

I have definitely became more self aware and conscious of the impact I have on my team and network. With having the opportunity to learn new skills and techniques.
