The programme is fantastic to support my understanding of how the way I work and the leaderships skills I deliver, are linked to the models and theories of leadership
The programme is well structured, maybe a little too top heavy on assignments in the first 6 months

I feel that the programme has helped me to finesse my leadership skills and gain understanding of the models and theories behind my delivery of leadership practice.
