Data analysis, evidence synthesis, presenting, analytical writing, economic analysis, economic modelling
Enjoyable programme. Can be high workload. Would benefit from more flexibility from the employer to move around organisations. Would benefit from greater choice in modules from training provider. End Point Assessment needs lots of improvement
Well organised and structured by University of Kent. Employer could better structure the programme to focus on development and career progression. End Point Assessment largely poorly organised and structured
Variable. Greater support (re. career development, rolling off the programme) would have been appreciated. On the whole, line managers were very supportive of development
University of Kent provided lots of support (academic and pastoral)
Qualification could be tweaked with greater choice of modules (esp climate economics, finance economics, political economy) and more advanced economic modelling
Yes benefit from full offer at Civil Service including the Civil Service Sports Club
