Apprentice chef. Preparing, cleaning, cooking meals, deliveries, due diligence etc
Confidence in myself, and cooking and teamwork skills. Organisational skills,
I enjoyed the programme, as it provided me with a challenge, and a goal to work towards
The programme was well structured with clear modules and practical learning, with monthly practical learning, and weekly online learning
Plenty of support, with ensuring I had the time and support to complete all of the required learning

The qualification helps me alot with my job role, with my confidence and skills increasing ten fold
