Performing managerial roles including stock counting, order taking, running shifts independently. Progressing towards a future Assistant Manager role.
Developed skills on how to cope with particular circumstances whilst working.
Mostly okay, however I found communication with my learning coach to be challenging as he on occasion wouldn’t give clear guidance.
Was organised okay, however like stated in previous statement, learning coach would at times make the structure and planning of the apprenticeship confusing and hard to follow.
Was minimal however they were there to help with support if and when needed
Minimal, countless times I asked for guidance from my learning coach and he would take days to respond
