I am a kitchen apprentice chef level 2, I open the kitchen, do kitchen checks, close the kitchen, do blue sky, and I perform on the grill, the pass, the fryers, the pizzas and the preparation
I’ve developed and learnt how to plate up food and not be nervous on the pass when it’s busy, Learjet and developed my skills on the grill, the fryers and how to make pizzas and I have learned how to do the deliveries and blue sky
I very much enjoy my programme
It was very well organised

My training provider was very helpful and understanding whenever I had issues
I gained a lot of confidence in the kitchen
