I am a front of house member at Miller and Carter, my role involves seeing guests food and beverages and making sure that they have an excellent experience on a day to day basis
I have developed my skills in bartending especially with wine knowledge, I have learnt skills and knowledge with steaks, I have learnt new skills with beer orders, stock counts and line cleaning
I’d enjoyed it that much, that I would recommend to other people

A lot if there is any issues I can always go to my GM
A lot same with my employer if I need any assistance the training provider is always there
It makes me more confident to a point where I can teach new staff
Social events including work do’s
