Developed practical skills and health and safety/food knowledge for the role of team leader /shift supervisor
I really enjoyed this programme, it allowed me to flourish, built my confidence and prepared me for future career prospects
It was very well, it was an adaptable timeline catered around my progress each month, it allowed me to learn at my own pace
M&B and my GM were behind me 100%
My training provider was always supportive and was available and flexible to help me progress through my apprenticeship
Without it I wouldn't been able to come as far as I have, the knowledge gained was life changing
