I prepare food for guests to the best standard and follow safety procedures to ensure food is prepared safely and properly.
I have learnt many new food preparation techniques and bolstered my social skills, knife skills and knowledge on all subjects related to my career.
I greatly enjoyed my programme.
It was quite well organised apart from some of the requirements for completion being unclear. Some of the requirements could’ve been completed early had we known about the requirements from the beginning.
Our employer assisted us with booking accommodation for our course and some transport requirements but otherwise kept quite a distance in interest for how I was doing in my course.
My learning coach couldn’t do more for me when I needed it and I appreciate that.
Much more effectively!
