  • The course gave me a foundation of knowledge behind the process I already use. This knowledge has given me the confidence to be more decisive and satisfied with outcomes of my decisions.

  • The course was brilliant, however my tutor changed half way through. The unsettled nature set me back however my new tutor was excellent and guided me through end point assessment.

  • I didn’t feel comfortable to take the required time and ended up using my own time.
