General Management of a branded licensed restaurant. Responsible for 59 team members approximately
The course gave me a foundation of knowledge behind the process I already use. This knowledge has given me the confidence to be more decisive and satisfied with outcomes of my decisions.
The course was brilliant, however my tutor changed half way through. The unsettled nature set me back however my new tutor was excellent and guided me through end point assessment.
I didn’t feel comfortable to take the required time and ended up using my own time.
