I work in business management meaning I have to help the business with there day to day tasks and offer a role of support.
I have learnt many new skills with the main one being communicating in a professional way.
I really enjoy my programme as I feel it is developing me a lot as a person and also a great opportunity to learn about banking.
My programme is very well structured and my line manager is very lenient with letting me take time away from work so I can focus on my studying towards my qualification.
I receive constant support from my employer to make sure I am doing well and I am given help whenever I need it.
I receive lots of support which is giving me a good opportunity to complete the qualification to as high of a level as I can.
My qualification doesn't link too much with my role currently, however in the future it will link in more.
There are lots of extra-curricular activities available to get involved with at my work.
Yes
They're an extremely supportive employer that really care about the people that work for them.
My biggest tip would be to just make sure you are always being your true self throughout your application process.
