It is all about taking calls from customers. These calls can be about answering any questions customers have. It could also be about fulfilling their requests, such as ordering a bank statement. As well as these calls are all about making the customers feel better, say if there a bit anxious or upset.
I have learnt how to operate different Natwest systems such as Back Office or Cloud 9. I have also learnt more knowledge about how Natwest operates and its features.
I enjoy my programmed, as I like helping out customers. And I like working on a computer and I like problem solving, which is very much required in this role.
It is well organized as their is a daily routine created for me, listing what time I am taking calls. And it lists what time my breaks or any huddles.
I receive a lot of support from my employers because they are very nice people

It helps me understand better what it means to provide a financial service.
There are some events such as meeting other apprentices at an event. But it is quite rare with any extra circular activates or networking events.
