Working to complete my apprenticeship and do additional learning through doing smallerprojects to further develop my learning for when I'm given projects within a team
I have learnt many new skills, both from my apprentice provider and from working within the team. Now having a decent understanding of web development and I'm looking forward to learning more.
I'm enjoying being part of the team, they have been very good with onboarding and helpful. Making sure that I understand what I'm learning and helping when I encounter difficulties
Well structured, slightly less well organised.
They have been very supportive, providing more learning on top of what QA are offering.
There is regular contact and drop ins with QA to make sure that I'm doing okay.
It does a good job of developing my understanding so that I can understand what I'm doing more within my role
We have social activities within the team and also the Cohort for this year.
Yes
Been very supportive, they look after me, and the team and learning have been amazing
Be persistent, they will get there eventually. Be prepared for the quite long interview process as well
