My role involves sifting through data to uncover important insights. On a day-to-day basis, I focus on identifying patterns related to fraudulent activities. Once I've pinpointed these trends, I work on crafting strategies to prevent them from happening again.
I get to use so many of critical thinking skills, as well as technical data manipulations and analysis skills. There are new skills I need every day with the problem solving nature of the work that I can always be challenged.
I really appreciate the structure of the programme and the balance between theory and practical knowledge. While I would enjoy more hands-on classes, I find that I can apply what I've learned directly in my work, which makes up for it. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the programme.
The program's organization is generally solid, but there are a few areas that could be improved. I think having clearer scheduling with dedicated time blocks and upfront information on what to expect would enhance the overall structure. However, I must say that overall, the organization is quite good.
I am well supported by my employer. They provide opportunities for me to explore my interests and are always available to answer any questions I may have. Additionally, they encourage me to seek out answers independently when possible, which I find really helpful.
The provider is open in the communication whenever I need them.
While I initially had a grasp on basic concepts, I've found that the structured approach provided by my qualification through the training provider has significantly enhanced my performance in my role. The clear structure and well-thought-out processes have been instrumental in improving my effectiveness and confidence.
I've found a way to stay active and connected through running. Luckily, there are others in my team and office who share this interest, so I've been able to get involved in informal running sessions.

The experience offers a fantastic blend of hands-on learning, high-level performance, and meaningful challenges. Moreover, the community is incredibly open and supportive, making it an ideal environment for personal and professional growth.
My advice for those applying to NatWest would be to stay true to yourself throughout the process and ensure you're well-prepared for interviews. NatWest provides materials to assist you, so make sure to take advantage of them. Additionally, I found it helpful to reach out to current employees through social channels.
