My role includes working with others and customers and creating reports to rationalize why i think we can allow a customer to borrow from the bank
I have been able to improve my Microsoft skills and communication skills. I have improved in my networking skills and has allowed me to meet many new people who i know i can speak to if require help
The program doesn't really suit my expectations. i was expecting more customer service side of things where this role is more behind the scenes and occasionally working with customers face to face
so far things are great. my training provider has been in contact constantly and has been very helpful with rearranging things due to ill health
I believe that i could receive more support from my team and management but most days i am in the office not sure on what to do and when training is being provided calls come in the way of importance and i feel left to the side with no help.
Yes
Yes and no. I would only recommend to a friend if they already had the relevant qualifications otherwise i would not. i dont feel that i am getting the best for my apprenticeship from natwest in the way o thought i would
only apply if you have the qualifications or if going for an apprenticeship make sure you know what the job role will be as some job headings cover several job roles.
