I deal with requests from Customers and RMs for different types of finance agreements every day. I get trained on various processes required for me to work on these requests.
As I am new to financial sector, everyday is a learning for me. I am learning so much about the bank and at the same time developing skills from personal development point of view as well.
I really enjoy it very much, I got supportive eco system around me, everyone is friendly, helpful, patient, understanding and easy to approach. They are funny and hard working people. It is a wonderful experience overall.
It is very organised. We are given assigned time each week to complete our apprenticeship modules. We also have training and our work related to the requirements of the apprenticeship which makes it much easier to complete it on time.
They are extremely supportive and helpful in understanding my concerns. They are always there to support me no matter what situation is and how silly my doubts are.
I receive ample of support from my training provider as well. She is very responsive and usually gets back to me in minutes. She is easily approachable and could also arrange meetings if needed within a day's notice.
My apprenticeship is supplementing my learning in my role. I learn more about my tasks and NatWest as a organization in my job but, I learn financial institutions as a whole sector in my apprenticeship which gives a wholistic view.
Yes, I did find many attractive and interesting events happening throughout the year on the intranet portals.
Yes
It's a great place for someone who is looking to grow in an encouraging, supportive, and challenging environment. It is very rewarding experience.
I would advise them to look at NatWest purpose, vision, values, CSR activities and be prepared with tons of examples around these.
