This role involves a variety of work stretching from writing formal documents to doing thorough design work for a variety of projects.

I have developed a variety of new skills including all knowledge of the railway I currently have, however, a skill I have developed further would be my communication skills.

I enjoy my apprenticeship a lot because I am gaining hands-on experience and knowledge in the railway industry.

Arcadis is well structured with clear lines of communication, defined roles and responsibilities, and efficient decision-making processes in place.

I feel that the support from my training provider could be better.
